Rude member of staff on self service tills Her tone twice when the card machine wouldn't work was short of saying the word 'stupid'. If you can't stand people don't work with them. There is no excuse for rudeness particularly when you are being treated with politeness. Poor show M&S. I've only ever come across well mannered staff at other branches. This one definitely lets the side down. I've also just noticed another review that pictures the same member of staff wearing a bib saying "Happy to Help". Oh the irony!

M&S supply a good service for people travelling up and down the country from Euston Station; in fact they have been doing this in the same position for over 30 years I believe, and its just got better over the years and the range of different tasty foods on display. Even the self service check out worked smoothly 👁👁😳👍and that's one of those great I absolutely HATE " but the time's are a Changing all over the country "" LOL ""

Badly labelled meal deal section meant I got to the till with non-deal items. Barcode scanners at the self checkouts don’t work very well either - probably in need of a good clean. Had to use 3 machines before one of eventually scanned my sandwich.

Brilliant idea putting M&S where the taxis drop you off. So even when you only have a short while before your train leaves you still have time for a snack and drink. Genius.

You know when you’re in such a rush that you forget everything at home? M&S to the rescue! This place is really well stocked for being in a train station. The staff is friendly and they’ll happily help you find whatever is you that you need. It’s really easy to find and has all the ready to go/cupboard food you need :)

Standard M & S products. Rude Asian female put me off the shop at the self checkouts. Doesnt listen & is plain miserable... Not sure why people go into work like that. She should stay in bed

Picked up a yummy prawn and pasta salad, carrots with houmous and ginger beer. All really tasty. The ginger beer had a real kick to it as well. Worth the £5.50 meal deal 👌 😋 …
